1. Purpose of the platform

Masmas.ge is a search directory for teachers and instructors. It helps visitors discover professionals, compare profiles, and contact them directly. Masmas is not a party to lessons or agreements between teachers and learners.

2. Creating an account

Users must provide accurate, current information, protect their account, and must not use another person’s personal information without permission. A parent or legal guardian must create an account and confirm consent for a learner under 16. False or misleading profiles are prohibited.

3. Teacher profiles

Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of their experience, specialization, price, availability, and contact information. A new profile is reviewed internally and is published only after approval. “Profile verified” means Masmas has reviewed the profile’s basic information and completeness; it is not a guarantee of qualifications, licensing, background, or learning outcomes. Users should independently verify any information important to them before making an agreement.

4. Reviews

A review must reflect a real experience, be respectful, and must not contain threats, discrimination, advertising, or another person’s private information. New reviews are published immediately. The relevant teacher and a Masmas administrator may delete a review.

5. Direct contact

The phone number provided by a teacher is shown publicly on the profile so visitors can call or send a WhatsApp message. The teacher and learner are responsible for lesson terms, price, timing, and payment.

6. Prohibited use

• Publishing false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Harassing another user or misusing personal information.
• Attempting to damage the platform’s security, operation, or data.
• Posting automated spam, mass messages, or manipulated reviews.

7. Limits of responsibility

Masmas works to keep profiles and information accurate, but does not guarantee a particular learning outcome, availability, or a teacher’s service. Users should verify all important terms before making an agreement.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change as the platform develops or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will update the date on this page. Questions can be sent to infomasmasge@gmail.com or through the contact page.

9. Masmas PRO payments

Masmas PRO is an optional subscription for additional teacher-profile features, not payment for lessons. The price is GEL 12.99 per calendar month. Available features and the amount are shown before checkout. PRO does not guarantee students, sales, or a permanent position on the homepage.

Payment is entered on Bank of Georgia’s secure checkout. Masmas does not receive your full card number or security code. PRO activates only after the bank confirms payment; simply returning to the website does not confirm a payment.

Automatic renewal requires your explicit consent before checkout. The bank charges the saved payment method every calendar month until renewal is cancelled. Your next renewal date and payment history appear in your teacher profile. A failed renewal may be retried up to three times in total, approximately one day apart. Do not start another payment if the previous one is still pending; contact support.

You can cancel automatic renewal in your teacher profile before the next charge is initiated. Access remains available until the end of the paid period. A charge already being processed must first be reconciled with the bank. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not itself a refund request.

For a duplicate charge, an incorrect payment, a service issue, or a refund request, email infomasmasge@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, and order reference. Never send your card number, security code, or bank password. We check the payment with the bank and respond about the applicable resolution. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Previously granted free or promotional PRO access is not automatically converted into a paid subscription. No charge is made without a separate checkout and renewal consent. These billing terms apply when paid checkout is available.

Optional one-time homepage placements

Teachers with active PRO and an approved, published profile can separately purchase seven days in the homepage upper profile block for GEL 15, or in the featured-teacher carousel for GEL 10. These charges are additional to PRO, one-time only, and do not renew automatically or enable saved-card billing.

The 168-hour period starts when verified bank payment is processed, and its exact start and end appear in the teacher profile. Purchased access continues to the end of that period even if PRO expires. Profiles rotate with other eligible paid and editorial selections; the service is not an exclusive position or a guarantee of impressions, clicks, students or sales. Expired placements stop automatically. Hidden or unapproved profiles are not displayed.

Before each purchase, the teacher separately confirms the selected placement, price and one-time terms. A fully refunded order stops its placement; a partial refund does not restart or extend its period. For a payment or service problem, use the support and refund-request process described above. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
